Attention All Ladies:
As many of you know I have agreed to be the group leader for Women of Faith when it comes to Spokane again in September of 2010. This sounds like a long way off, but trust me it will be here before we know it. What some of you may not know is that I will be moving within the next month (August 2009 )for a new teaching position in Cambridge, Idaho. While I still plan to be the group leader, it will mean most of the correspondence from me will be written instead of live announcements during church.
A lot of you have heard my plan to spread ticket costs over several months to help more people be able to afford to attend. I plan to take at least 50 people to Spokane in september of 2010. Women from our church will get first chance at tickets, but I will also be offering the opportunity to other church groups in Grangeville. You may reserve as many tickets for friends and family and you want, but all tickets have to be paid for by July 1, 2010.
Many of you have verbally told me you plan to attend Women of Faith, September 2010. This letter includes a contract to formalize your plans. This will help me know exactly who is planning to go in order to know how many tickets I have left to offer to other churches. It will also help you to commit to saving the money so that you don't have to worry about it come July 21010. I have given you three choices for paying for tickets. Please add any additional names and payment choices on the back of the contract if you are taking friends or family. Contracts should be returned to me as soon as possible to assure your ticket(s).
Payments may be mailed to my address in Grangeville and I will deposit them monthly.
